WoW Forever release date, beta access and regional dates
The announced launch is November 4, 2026 at 23:00 UTC: November 5 at 07:00 in Beijing. China beta testing begins October 6; the international announcement lists September 17.
The same launch moment, two calendar dates
The China announcement specifies November 5 at 07:00 Beijing time. This converts to November 4 at 23:00 UTC and 15:00 Pacific Standard Time. A November 4 headline and a November 5 headline can therefore describe the same launch.
The English announcement uses both PDT and PST in different paragraphs. Our calendar follows the explicit Beijing time and the PST launch detail; we do not treat the conflicting PDT abbreviation as a second launch.
Beta access depends on the account region
The international announcement lists beta beginning September 17 and beta access with the Skyborne Epic Pack or Warcraft Forever Collection. The China announcement lists October 6 and the Skyborne Epic Pack. Check the store attached to your account before buying.
Changing this website to Chinese does not turn an international account into a China account. The launch planner keeps account region separate from language and display timezone.
What to do before launch
- Agree on your account region, ruleset and faction with friends.
- Check subscription or game-time requirements on the official regional store. International launch access is included with a WoW subscription or game time; upgrades are optional.
- Add the launch to your calendar and keep a local preparation checklist. Announced dates can change; a downloaded calendar file will not update itself.
